  • How quickly can you turn around transfers?

    Our operating hours are Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed during a weekday will be processed, printed and shipped

  • How durable are the transfers?

    Our transfers typically last anywhere from 50-70 washes without any fading or cracking. About the life of a shirt. (Note: do not use harsh cleaning chemicals or dry on high heat)

  • What kind of files should I submit?

    We recommend vector art (ai, .eps, .svg), and if in raster format (.jpg, .tif, .png) we recommend minimum dpi set at least 200, 300+ for best results. Please be aware of transparencies if applicable. More on our ART SPECS page.

  • What color profile should I use?

    Our printing process uses CMYK. Should you accidently submit a file in RGB, the color results may change.

  • Can you help with artwork setup?

    Sure! Our designers are on staff and can help with any issues to ensure that your transfers are looking its best. We will notify you if there are any concerns regarding the artwork which may delay the time in which you receive your order.

  • Do you provide artwork proof before printing?

    In order to have your transfers out and in your hands in a timely manner, we do not provide any proofs. So please make sure your artwork is correct and if there are any type/copy, that they are not misspelled. We do not offer refunds on artwork submitted with mistakes on your end. So please double check artwork before submitting.

  • What is your gang roll?

    If you wish to lay out multiple designs on a roll (maximum width 22"), this may be more cost effective and turn around times will be quicker since we send you uncut roll sheets.

  • Can I get sample transfers?

    Yes of course, just email us at info@gptransfers with your shipping information and we will send out a sample transfer for you to test at no cost.

  • Any other fees?

    Nope, just shipping which is calculated at the end of checkout, we do not markup shipping or tack on handling fees.

  • Do you have any minimums?

    Our minimum order is 10qty sheets. and for our gang roll our minimum is 22"x 12". Note: you can not split designs onto one sheet only one design per sheet. For split designs use our gang roll option.

  • What kind of heat press is required?

    We recommend a commercial professional grade heat transfer press. Our transfers may not work with household domestic irons.
